The location was incredibly convenient, just minutes from the Capitol. While the amenities were decent, the hotel felt slightly dated in some areas, and the service could be hit or miss. Nonetheless, the overall experience was enjoyable, especially the helpful staff and comfortable room.

Proximity to Union Station makes getting around effortless and the ambiance of the lobby, with its stunning chandeliers, really sets a chic scene. The complimentary evening wine hour is a fantastic touch for unwinding after a day of exploration.

The shower in my room had issues. water rarely switched properly to the showerhead, which was a hassle during my stay. Also, the heating didn't work effectively, leaving the room uncomfortably cold at times. While the breakfast at Bistro Bis was decent, it felt limited in variety, and I had to wait longer than I hoped for my food.

The entrance creates an inviting atmosphere, complemented by exceptional art throughout the hotel. The room was large and comfortable, featuring luxurious bedding and a spacious bathroom with both a glass shower and a bath. While the staff was remarkably accommodating and friendly, the barn door design for the bathroom could be rethought for privacy. Power outlets near the bed would enhance the convenience too.

We enjoyed our short stay, especially the cozy atmosphere and how clean everything was! The indoor pool and relaxing lounge area made for great downtime after exploring all day. However, I wish they had more late-night snack options for the kids. a vending machine would really help! 😊

Our dog. the beds were super comfy with fresh, fantastic-smelling bedding. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. the hotel was clean and had a great ambiance. we especially enjoyed its close proximity to great music in the area.
